CineVault respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to DMCA takedown notices.

Filing a DMCA Takedown

If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed on CineVault, please send a written notice containing:

• Your full name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed
• The URL of the allegedly infringing content on our platform
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury
• Your electronic or physical signature

We will investigate and remove infringing content within 72 hours of receiving a valid DMCA notice.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include your name, address, the URL of the removed content, and a statement that you believe the removal was a mistake.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights in accordance with the DMCA.
